Deposits are none refundable however should the weather not be suitable to attend your booking date a rescheduled date will be agreed with you (the client)
Should you (the Client) wish to reschedule the booking this will be agreed with us to make sure it works for both parties.
We will not responsible for any loss or damage to items inside the vehicle these should always be removed before the work is carried out.
All car seats must be removed and we will not be responsible for reinstallation.
Should you (the client) want the boot area cleaned all items must be removed before our arrival.
Any defects the vehicle has before cleaning you (the client) must make us aware the best to your knowledge of defects your vehicle has, we will not be responsible for stone chips being more visible after cleaning or any paint lifting due to poor repairs or chips.
